Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please read the following conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition and be within 14 days of receiving the item (day of delivery).
- Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Please contact us for a return processing number (RPN#) and specify your reason for return.
- Approved returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your RPN#.
- Any shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
- Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 3-5 days for refund to be applied to payment method.
- Please contact us if inquiring about an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by PitVisit (i.e. color or size), we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.
- Orders placed before 3 P.M. (Monday-Friday) are typically shipped out by the end of the same business day. Order cancellation requests must be made prior to shipping for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests made after the order(s) have shipped must go through the return process.
- Bulk pricing order cancellations are subject to a 20% order cancellation fee.
